Mounted ARI is an artist run initiative that provides an alternate, accessible space for the arts. Our model aims to showcase a range of contemporary creative practice that sits outside the traditional Art Gallery, publishing space or music venue. Our shows and events are conceived through collaboration by a small group of visual artists and writers and our dedicated gallery and creative space is open to the public during exhibitions and events at specified times during the year. Mounted ARI also seeks to foster a community of creatives and provide opportunities to gather, collaborate and connect as well as exhibit creative work through exhibitions, literary readings, workshops, music and other creative events.
